Configuration

The Configuration tab is the "brain" of the clinic. The settings defined here directly impact the patient's experience and how the calendar behaves for the administrative staff.

Basic Clinic Information

• Name and Address: Identifying data for the clinic.

• WhatsApp: The primary contact number.

• URL Slug: The personalized link (e.g., turno.now/jose) given to patients for online bookings.

Operating Rules (Clinic-Wide Settings)

Rescheduling block time

Defines how many hours before an appointment a patient is blocked from changing their slot. This prevents last-minute gaps in the schedule.

Appointment interval

Sets the calendar "grid" (e.g., every 15 minutes).

Copago Plus message

The custom text that appears in the orange alert box when an admin books a patient with a plan requiring a co-pay. It serves as an internal reminder for staff.

Clinic Hours (Working Hours)

Defines the overall operating boundaries for the institution.

Days off

Entire days can be disabled (e.g., Sunday).

Time range

Sets the opening and closing times (e.g., 07:00 to 23:00).
