The bot handles patient follow-ups without the need for staff intervention:

Absence follow-up (No Show recovery)

An appointment recovery tool. You can configure up to 3 automatic messages sent X hours after a patient misses their appointment, inviting them to reschedule.

Post-appointment control

Sends wellness messages or aftercare instructions once the appointment is completed.

Toggle the satisfaction survey on or off.

Create your own messages using tags so the bot sounds human and professional.

The ultimate tool for administrative agility. It allows you to communicate with large groups of patients at once, with base templates for appointment reminders, schedule changes, clinic closing, and rescheduling requests.
