This guide covers the admin view of the Turno platform, including calendar management, patient booking, updates, clinic configuration, patient profiles, satisfaction surveys, and automations.

Key concepts

Before diving in, familiarize yourself with these Turno-specific terms:

• Sobreturno (Squeeze-in): An appointment booked outside a provider's normal schedule, visible in a special row at the top of the calendar.

• Copago Plus: An additional out-of-pocket fee required by certain insurance plans. The system displays an orange alert when this applies.

• Lista de Espera (Waitlist): An automated queue that notifies patients when a slot opens up due to a cancellation or reschedule.

• Novedades (Updates): The audit log that records every action taken in the system.
