Updates
The Updates module ("Novedades") is your chronological feed of every action taken regarding your appointments. It ensures that you are always aware of new bookings, rescheduling, or cancellations without having to manually check every day on the calendar.
Timeline view
The central part of this module is a list of events sorted by time, with the most recent entries at the top. Each entry provides four key pieces of information:
Action Type
What happened -- for example, Creado (created) for new appointments or Reagendado (rescheduled) for moved ones
Patient Name
Who the change affects, so you can quickly assess relevance
The "Who"
Whether the change was made "por Sistema" (automated booking) or by a specific staff member (identified by their email)
Timestamp
How long ago the change occurred (for example, "2 hours ago" or "4 days ago")
The "Who" field is crucial for accountability. You can see if a change was made "por Sistema" (automated booking) or by a specific staff member (indicated by their email).
Smart filtering
If you manage a high volume of patients, the filters at the top of the module help you find specific information quickly.
Filter by event type
Use the "Tipo de evento" (Event Type) dropdown to isolate specific categories:
Cancellations -- Review which patients cancelled and when
New Bookings -- See only newly created appointments
Filter by date range
Use the "Desde/Hasta" (From/To) date selectors to search for changes that happened during a specific window of time.
This is helpful if you return from a vacation and want to see everything that changed while you were away.
When you return from vacation, set the date range to cover the days you were away and review everything that changed in your absence.
